Brand Ecosystem — GroVelocity

The Difference

What changes when your
brand has a partner.

One-time projects give you a brand. An ongoing partnership makes sure that brand keeps working as you grow.

i

Consistency becomes automatic

Every month, fresh content arrives — written in your voice, mapped to your pillars, ready to schedule. Your brand stays active without you managing it.

ii

You stop guessing what your market is doing

Monthly market intelligence means you know what competitors are saying, what topics are trending in your niche, and where the whitespace is — before your competitors figure it out.

iii

Your brand evolves with your business

Quarterly brand audits catch drift before it becomes a problem. Your annual strategy session ensures what you built on day one still fits who you are twelve months later.

The First Year

What your brand looks like
twelve months from now.

This is what consistency compounds into. Not a logo — a business asset that gets stronger over time.

Foundation

Six months of compounding presence. Inbound enquiries are referencing your content. Your brand is a business asset, not a cosmetic layer. Second quarterly audit locks in the next phase.
Evolution
Annual brand evolution session
One hour of strategic thinking on where your brand goes next — new markets, new offers, new visual chapter. Built on a year of real data, not guesswork.

Honest Assessment

Is Brand Ecosystem
right for you?

Not every founder needs a retainer. Here's an honest read of who this is and isn't built for.

This is for you if
  • You're doing $20K+ per month and brand consistency is clearly a lever you haven't pulled yet
  • You've tried DIY content and it's inconsistent, sporadic, or just not happening
  • You want a brand partner who learns your business, not a vendor who executes tickets
  • You think in systems and appreciate having infrastructure that runs while you focus on growth
  • You're ready to invest in brand for at least three months and measure the compounding effect
This is not for you if
  • You're pre-revenue or in the very early stages — Brand Spark is the right starting point
  • You want to stay hands-on with every content decision — the value here is in letting go
  • You're looking for the cheapest option — this is a premium partnership, priced accordingly
  • You need a rebrand every six months — Ecosystem is for brands that have committed to a direction
  • You're not sure what you want yet — do Brand Engine first, then reassess at 30 days
Questions

Before you apply.

Why is Ecosystem limited to 6 clients? +
The monthly deliverables — intelligence reports, content batches, async support — require genuine attention to each client's business. At more than six active partnerships, the quality of that attention degrades. The capacity limit is a quality decision, not a marketing tactic.
What does the application process look like? +
After you apply, you'll receive a short questionnaire about your business stage, revenue, and brand goals. If it looks like a fit, Hal will schedule a 30-minute strategy call to confirm alignment before any commitment is made. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation to make sure this is the right move for your business.
Can I cancel after the 3-month minimum? +
Yes. After the three-month minimum, the retainer rolls month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. The upfront $8,500 covers the Brand Engine buildout and is non-refundable — you keep everything that was built regardless of retainer status.
I already completed Brand Engine. Do I get credit? +
Yes — your $3,500 Brand Engine investment is credited in full toward the $8,500 Ecosystem upfront. You pay the $5,000 difference to upgrade. The retainer starts immediately and your existing brand system becomes the foundation for the Ecosystem work.
How are the monthly deliverables handed off? +
On the 1st of each month, you receive a delivery package in your Google Drive folder — content calendar, captions, long-form briefs, and the market intelligence report. A short Loom walkthrough accompanies each delivery so you know exactly what's in it and how to use it. No back-and-forth required unless you want to make changes.
What if I'm not happy with the content quality? +
The first delivery includes a feedback round at no extra charge. If the voice or tone isn't landing, we recalibrate the prompt library and content guidelines before the next batch. After the first month, the system is dialled in — most clients require minimal changes from month two onward.
Ready to stop doing it alone?

Six spots.
Your brand,
running itself.

Ecosystem clients are accepted by application. If you're ready to find out if this is the right fit, the next step is a conversation — not a contract.
